Conference breaks

If desired, we can enrich your day with energising breaks such as chair yoga, a mud quiz, water aerobics or Nordic walking by the sea. We will create a programme tailored specifically to your team, making the workday both productive and memorable.

Energising short breaks (7–15 min)

  1. Refreshing yoga break
  2. Chair yoga exercises to restore focus
  3. Simple and energising face yoga exercises

Longer energy breaks (15–30 min)

  1. Refreshing exercise session or Nordic walking with an instructor – by the sea in good weather
  2. Relaxation concert – guided relaxation in the Yoga House accompanied by singing bowls and a gong
  3. Fun and educational mud quiz for groups, including an introduction to the benefits and uses of therapeutic mud

Fun group activities after a long workday

  1. Discover the pleasures of the Thalasso Spa and therapeutic mud treatments
  2. Create a fun mud handprint or mud artwork together
  3. Group water exercise and aqua aerobics
  4. Experience the salt chamber and the Sea Room / light therapy

For creativity and sensory enjoyment

  1. Chocolate truffle workshop
  2. Cake pop making workshop
  3. Personal mandala drawing workshop

Sports activities

  1. Bicycle rental and exploring Haapsalu’s Cultural Kilometre
  2. Nordic walking: 3 km and 5 km routes in the Paralepa forest with an instructor
  3. Fencing lesson under the guidance of a coach

Extreme activities to awaken the senses

  1. Winter ice swimming in cooperation with the Haapsalu Winter Swimming Centre
  2. Winter kick-sled excursion
  3. Kayaking trip on Haapsalu Tagalaht Bay
