If desired, we can enrich your day with energising breaks such as chair yoga, a mud quiz, water aerobics or Nordic walking by the sea. We will create a programme tailored specifically to your team, making the workday both productive and memorable.
Energising short breaks (7–15 min)

Sports activities
- Bicycle rental and exploring Haapsalu’s Cultural Kilometre
- Nordic walking: 3 km and 5 km routes in the Paralepa forest with an instructor

- Winter ice swimming in cooperation with the Haapsalu Winter Swimming Centre
